Appointments & Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation/no-show fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to reserve future appointments.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so we can remain on schedule for other clients. If an appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, our cancellation policy may apply.

Deposits & Payments
Certain appointments, packages, specials, or new-client appointments may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Any applicable deposit requirements will be disclosed at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

Treatment Selection & Consultation
Your provider will evaluate your skin and discuss your goals before treatment. The service originally selected may be modified or changed when appropriate based on your skin condition, contraindications, treatment history, or professional judgment.

Results
Individual results vary. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and multiple treatments may be recommended depending on your goals and the service being performed.

Contraindications & Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding medications, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures, skin treatments, and other relevant information before treatment. Certain conditions or medications may require postponement, modification, or clearance from a medical professional.

Right to Decline or Modify Treatment
Skintini’s reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify a treatment when it is determined that doing so is necessary for client safety or that the requested service is outside the provider’s scope of practice.

Packages & Specials
Packages, memberships, promotions, and special offers are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates. Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable for services or products as specified at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable law and the terms stated at purchase.
